This course uses the Digital Literacy Curriculum to teach and assess basic computer concepts and skills so teachers can use computer technology in their classes. Whether you consider yourself unskilled or very proficient in computer skills, this course will help you develop the fundamentals you need to integrate technology into your curriculum.
This course contains tasks relating to the use of Learn360, a website offering multimedia resources for all content areas in grades PreK-12. Upon completion of the course, you will earn 3 hours inservice credit. All assignments should be turned in to Suzanne Ingram, Technology Supervisor, for approval.
There are 120 Gold Seal Lessons in this training. Each lesson has a performance task, essential skill, a scoring guide, and strategies to differentiate instruction for ESL students. They are divided into two categories of k-5 and 6-8, but you should check both categories since you may modify the lesson to fit your grade level.
